Alana Corso

I pride myself on my ability to effectively and intelligently represent buyers and sellers in the dynamic and challenging San Francisco Peninsula housing market. My recipe for success is a combination of strong communication, a comprehensive marketing & education strategy, and deep expertise of the area. I am passionate about the services I provide and committed to delivering value while making the process of buying or selling your home as seamless as possible.

I bring vast experience guiding clients through complex financial transactions, including innumerable home sales and purchases, meticulous attention to detail and an unparalleled commitment to client service. Raised by a residential architect/contractor, I have been surrounded with the real estate process from childhood and have a passion for homes and community. With a background working on one of the largest wealth management teams in the United States, I have a sophisticated understanding of the markets, numerous financing options and supporting a home purchase or sale as often one of my client’s biggest investments. By selling and purchasing my own homes on the Peninsula, I can truly empathize the stresses and joys in navigating the home sale and purchase process. I am recognized as a top 1% agent for San Mateo County and the State of California and top 1.5% in the United States based upon sales volume from RealTrends.

Not only do I pride myself on being an amazing Realtor for my clients, I was proud to be the Managing Broker and Co-Founding Partner at Dwell Realtors which is now partnered with Christie’s International Real Estate Sereno. Combining my love of working with agents and leadership, I am excited to serve as Vice President of Experience for the San Carlos Christie’s International Real Estate Sereno office.

A little personal information about me – I moved to the Bay Area after obtaining two Bachelor of Science degrees from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Recognizing San Carlos as a wonderful place to raise a family, my husband and I purchased our first home there over 20 years ago. A mother to three children, I love to give back to our community and actively volunteer for the San Carlos Education Foundation, the White Oaks, Arroyo/Central Middle School & Sequoia High School PTAs, co-lead my daughters’ Girl Scout troops, and volunteer with various peninsula organizations with my son via Young Men’s Service League. In my ever-decreasing albeit cherished free time, I love to read, garden, cook, do yoga, ski, get outside and entertain.
