My Own Summer Odyssey

Hard to believe that August is here and many schools will be starting again in the next few weeks. This is typically when our fall market starts with our last push of inventory before year-end. And while sales volume was down over the summer, prices held steady or fetched strong prices in many areas. Homes that are well-prepared and priced right to start continue to sell quickly.

I had an amazing bucket-list trip to Greece to explore Athens and two of the Ionian Islands, Kefalonia and Zakynthos, with two of my kids, Chase and Ava. The trip was a lovely reminder to book the trips, do the things and get out and see the world. I am grateful for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for me to travel with two of my young adult kids.
